All of our homes are constructed with select lumber, 6" exterior walls, 4" interior walls, perimeter heat, and 1/2" drywall. Commodore Homes include such quality brands as General Electric® appliances, Crane® siding, Congoleum® flooring, Johns-Manville® insulation, Wilsonart® laminates, Nordyne® furnaces and Shaw® carpets. All homes also include a 10 year limited structural warranty (please see warranty for details).

• The Aurora SCC Classic Ranch Modular and Aurora Classic Ranch offer flexibility and a broad range of floor plans to meet a variety of family needs and budgets.  The wide selection of available options enables you to customize and add personal touches to enhance the home of your dreams.
• Our new Commflex homes provide a remarkable floorplan available as a Ranch (both SCC Ranch/Modular and traditional Ranch), or as the popular T-Ranch floorplan (again, both as a SCC T-Ranch/Modular or traditional T-Ranch).
• The Aurora SCC Classic Cape Modular series takes the quality of our Aurora Classic homes to create beautiful Cape Cods.

In 2007, Commodore Homes of Indiana began to consolidate several of our series, to simplify the home-buying process. Many floorplans in inventory at local retailers are still available, but under a new model number. If you cannot locate your model online using the "Find a Home" service, please contact us or a local Commodore retailer.

NOTE: "SCC" is an abbreviation for 'State Code Compliant', meaning the home is designed and constructed to meet your local building codes.
