We offer, in addition to our standard roof, a 5/12, and 7/12 roof pitch. The 7/12 roof comes with a full attic that takes up the entire length of the home. It also features an optional walk up or pull down stairway. We also have two story Cape Cod models. Interiors for all models can be finished in vinyl or finished drywall. We also offer saddle roofs; sunken floor plans; 8' and 9' flat ceilings and flexibility in floor plan design with the ability to lengthen most rooms.
