NEW Entry Level Ranch Series

The Hearthstone Ranch and Pendleton Ranch series will provide quality construction at an entry-level price.

Manufactured Home Series Description

Commodore's manufactured (i.e. HUD code) homes are built to a federal building standard, the Federal Manufactured Home Construction Safety Standards. It regulates the design, construction, structural durability, transportability, fire resistance and energy efficiency of a home. It also prescribes performance standards for the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Manufactured homes are built and shipped on a permanent chassis. Descriptions of Commodore's manufactured homes series are available here.

Many of Commodore's manufactured homes are now ENERGY STAR® compliant, providing a more energy-efficient, comfortable home. By building our homes to this voluntary level of construction, our homeowners can help our environment and save money on their utility bills (compared to non-ENERGY STAR manufactured homes). And now, The Commodore Corporation is proud to announce our selection as the ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for 2007 - New Homes.

Modular Home Series Description

Commodore's modular homes are constructed to the same code as site-built homes with requirements set forth by state and local government for the specific locality. Various model building codes serve as the basis for most state code requirements. Examples include the International Residential Code (IRC), Uniform Building Code (UBC) and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Modular homes may be built on a permanent chassis or a returnable carrier system. Descriptions of Commodore's modular homes series are available here.
