The Commflex plans has a home designed just for you. Also available as a wonderful T-Ranch. These plans than can be rearranged slightly to make room for stairways to create a great cape design.

The "Family Flex Modular Ranch/Cape Homes" models have been designed with the 'Family' in mind. This new plan offers the many needs that a family requires. From a 'Built-in Front Porch', to a 'Office/Computer Room', to a 'Family Room', to a large 'Country Kitchen', with options of 'Attic Storage' and availability of a furture 'Upstairs' (Cape version).
